Valid ID Required – All guests must present a government-approved photo ID at check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).
Check-in & Check-out Time – Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Advance Payment – Guests may be required to pay in advance or provide a security deposit at check-in.
Unmarried Couples Policy (If Applicable) – As per hotel policy, unmarried couples are allowed. But they should be an Adult above 18 years.
Pets Policy – Pets are not allowed in any case.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy – Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Alcohol consumption is permitted inside the rooms and terrace only.
Bonfire & Special Requests – Guests can pre-book a bonfire, candlelight dinner, or other special arrangements during check-in.
Visitors Policy – Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for safety reasons.
Extra Mattress – An extra mattress can be provided at ₹300 per person per night. Please request it at the time of booking or during check-in (subject to availability).
